By downloading, installing, or using Overlord Inc ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Overlord Inc is a strategy simulation game for Android, offered free with optional in-app purchases.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Purchases (unlocking AI types, Premium) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing under Google's own terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Overlord Inc and its branding are the property of Canuk Inc.
These Terms may be updated at any time; changes take effect on posting. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
