By downloading, installing, or using Dots Defense ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dots Defense is an idle tower-defense game for Android, offered free with optional in-app purchases and advertising.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of save data or business interruption.
Purchases (coin packs, ad removal) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing under Google's own terms; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and used only for leaderboards. It is governed by Google's own terms and can be revoked at any time from your Google account.
Dots Defense and its branding are the property of Reaper Studio.
These Terms may be updated at any time; changes take effect on posting. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
